- The UK Food & Drink Shows will feature five bustling content stages; each designed to inspire and inform with expert talks. Take a look at the key content stages here and some of the exciting highlights from last year, giving you a taste for what’s in store.
- New to Foodex Manufacturing Solutions this year, the Packaging Zone will be a one-stop-shop for food and drink businesses seeking solutions to their packaging and plastic challenges, with an emphasis on sustainable solutions. This zone will allow industry professionals to connect with one another, share circular economy ideas, meet solutions providers and discover ground-breaking plastic reduction innovations to implement into their own business.
- Food Manufacturing: Past, Present, and Future
Experience the evolution of the food manufacturing industry like never before with the premiere of Food Manufacturing: Past, Present, and Future, a compelling 20-minute documentary. Playing on a loop throughout the event, this film takes you on a journey through the decades, featuring interviews with industry leaders from Multivac, Mono, Mondelez, and Britvic. Explore how the industry has evolved over the last 50 years and what’s in store for the next 10. From personal stories of early careers to in-depth discussions on trends, talent retention, and technological innovations, this documentary offers a fascinating look at the dynamic world of food manufacturing. - Located in Foodex Manufacturing Solutions, the Associations Lounge is for networking and collaboration. This area will highlight the trade associations that have partnered with Foodex, offering unique opportunities to connect, share knowledge, and engage in valuable discussions. On Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10:00 – 11:30, join us for dedicated networking briefings hosted by Cold Chain Federation and UKWA, respectively. These sessions are perfect for association members to meet, have a coffee, and exchange insights in a relaxed and productive environment.
- New to Food & Drink Expo this year, the Coffee Zone, in partnership with The London Coffee Festival, is a dedicated space to get your caffeine fix and meet some of the most innovative and forward-thinking manufacturers and roasters.
- The Future Food Zone, an expansion of the successful Healthy & Natural zone from previous years, will focus on the latest cutting-edge technologies and innovations shaping the future of food. It will offer a broader and more diverse range of innovative food and drink products from on-trend categories across keto, kombucha, fermented foods, whole foods, CBD, Functional Foods.
- With plant-based diets continuing to grow in popularity, the Plant-Based Zone offers you the chance to discover the latest innovations within the vegan and plant-based markets, including meat alternatives, snacks, drinks, ingredients and everything plant!
- New for 2025, the Business Advice Hub at Food & Drink Expo is a dedicated area providing both exhibitors and visitors to the shows with free business advice and solutions. A one-stop shop for industry expertise, exhibitors within the Hub will cover a diverse range of advice such as: Associations; Certifications; Export; Financial; International Markets and Investment.
- There will be two street food areas at the UK Food & Drink Shows, where you’ll be able to grab a bite to eat. Also, don’t forget to head to the bar for a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks – both of which are a great opportunity to escape the bustling aisles and network with industry professionals.
- The team at British Baker will have their own area at the show this year dedicated to judging Britain's Best Loaf competition, as well as Britain’s Best Cake, offering professional bakers and cake makers the chance to showcase their showstopping sweet treats.
- The Farm Shop & Deli Product Awards showcase is a must-see, highlighting the best products across the specialist retail market. This feature showcases the bronze, silver and gold winning products from the awards in 2025.
